X51Chat Terms of Service

By accessing X51Chat, you agree to follow these Terms and any rules shown inside the service. If you do not agree, do not use X51Chat.

X51Chat is intended only for adults who are 18 years of age or older. You are responsible for confirming that you are legally allowed to use the service in your location.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials private and for activity that occurs through your account. Use accurate information and contact support if you believe your account has been compromised.

Residents are expected to treat others with respect, follow room rules, and avoid behavior that disrupts safety, privacy, or the intended experience of the community.

You remain responsible for the content you post, send, stream, upload, or otherwise share through X51Chat. Do not share content unless you have the rights and consent needed to do so.

Creator features may require additional review, approval, and rules. Creator access may be paused or removed if account, safety, or platform requirements are not met.

Live rooms, camera features, microphones, games, and shared activities are interactive spaces. Only join or share media when you are comfortable doing so and have permission from everyone involved.

Do not use X51Chat for harassment, threats, exploitation, impersonation, spam, illegal content, non-consensual content, or attempts to bypass safety, moderation, or access controls.

Some wallet, tip, subscription, and payout screens may be prototypes or limited features unless clearly enabled. Final payment terms, processor rules, refunds, and payout requirements require legal and product review before launch.

X51Chat branding, interface designs, and platform materials belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, misuse, or redistribute them without permission.

X51Chat may review reports, restrict content, limit features, suspend accounts, or remove access when needed to protect residents, creators, rooms, and platform integrity.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms, safety concerns, legal requirements, or misuse of the service.

X51Chat may change, pause, limit, or discontinue features as the service evolves. Availability can depend on maintenance, third-party services, network conditions, and product readiness.

X51Chat is provided as available. Final warranty, consumer-rights, and required platform disclaimer language should be reviewed before launch.

Any final limitation of liability language must be reviewed for the correct legal entity, governing law, and applicable consumer-protection requirements before launch.

These Terms may be updated as X51Chat evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
