X51Chat Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of X51Chat.com, a community-led social platform where members can host rooms and help moderate them. Tommythealien is an AI system that helps run X51Chat. These Terms cover member profiles, social rooms, live voice and webcams, messages, games, private dates, and the creator features available on X51Chat.

You can read these Terms and our Privacy Policy without an account. When you check the Terms box and continue through the account flow, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. If you do not agree to these Terms, you cannot continue into the member areas.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these Terms to use member areas. Confirm that you are 18 or older when asked to continue. We do not request government-issued ID for ordinary membership. Do not misstate your age or use someone else’s account to bypass this requirement. We may restrict access while we review eligibility and close accounts that are ineligible.

Keep your sign-in details private and tell us through Resident Support if you think someone has accessed your account. Do not impersonate anyone or share access in ways that defeat age or account controls.

You must sign in to browse or enter rooms. Rooms open to eligible members may have room-specific rules. Restricted rooms and private date sessions require the appropriate permission or invitation. An invitation or link does not give someone else permission to enter. Hosts and moderators may set and enforce room rules consistent with these Terms.

You choose when to enable your microphone or camera. While they are on, people permitted to join the room may hear or see you. Check who can join before sharing personal information. Do not record, capture, rebroadcast, or share another person’s live audio, video, images, messages, or personal details without their permission and any consent required by law. A room being described as private does not authorize you to record or redistribute anything from it.

Nudity is prohibited in public rooms, including rooms open to signed-in members, and in group or shared spaces, room streams, profiles, and other areas visible outside a one-to-one conversation.

If a one-to-one private chat supports media, adults may share lawful nudity there only after both people freely and explicitly agree. Either person can withdraw permission at any time. Receiving an invitation, being friends, or entering a private chat does not imply consent. Do not send unsolicited nudity or record, screenshot, forward, or repost intimate media from a private chat without the depicted person’s explicit permission and any consent required by law. Do not sell or request tips in exchange for nudity or intimate access.

Use X51Chat lawfully and respect other members’ boundaries. Do not:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, impersonate, extort, or share someone’s private information without authorization.
• Share or threaten to share nonconsensual intimate images, recordings, or realistic synthetic depictions. Do not coerce anyone to share sexual or intimate material.
• Solicit, exploit, or endanger a minor, or create, request, distribute, or facilitate access to child sexual abuse material.
• Post or stream material you do not have permission to use, including copyrighted music, video, and images.
• Run scams, send spam, manipulate tips or payments, or use the service to facilitate unlawful transactions.
• Bypass account, age, room, or moderation controls, or disrupt the service or other members’ accounts.

You retain any rights you have in the content you share. You must have the rights and permissions needed to share it. You give us limited, nonexclusive permission to host, process, transmit, display, or reproduce it as needed to operate the features you use, show it to the audience you choose or the applicable room allows, and investigate reports and meet legal obligations. This permission does not let other users reuse your content without authorization.

Use the Report option where it appears in X51Chat to report abuse, an underage account, or a rule violation. Include enough information to locate the issue, such as the account, room, link, and approximate time. Do not download, forward, or repost suspected child sexual abuse material to make a report.

If someone shared an intimate image of you without your consent, including a realistic digital forgery, you or your authorized representative can request removal. Identify the content and explain why you believe it was shared without consent. Use X51Chat’s published removal contact or reporting process. You do not have to repost the image to report it. X51Chat handles valid removal requests and takes action on known identical copies as required by law.

If your copyrighted work has been shared without authorization, use X51Chat’s published copyright contact to submit a notice. Affected users may submit counter-notices where applicable. We may remove or disable access to material, and may terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

We may remove content, restrict account or room access, or suspend or close accounts to enforce these Terms, protect members, investigate abuse, or comply with law. To ask about an action affecting your account, use the contact options listed at Resident Support. We may preserve relevant records and make reports when the law requires it.

Creator access, paid memberships, tips, and payouts are available only where we have enabled them. Creator access may require eligibility and payout verification, and additional creator terms may apply. Before a paid transaction, review the price and terms presented for that transaction, including any fees, renewal schedule, cancellation instructions, and applicable refund terms. If a membership renews automatically, its recurring terms and how to cancel must be shown before you agree to the recurring charge. Cancellation and refund rights under applicable law still apply.

A tip supports a creator. A tip does not buy a private interaction, access to intimate content, or a particular response. Creator payout eligibility, applicable deductions, payout timing, and tax responsibilities are addressed in the terms shown for that program when enabled. Do not send payment credentials or identity documents through room chat or direct messages.

You may stop using X51Chat at any time. Contact Resident Support for help closing your account. If you have a recurring membership, follow its cancellation instructions to stop renewal. Features can change or become unavailable. We will post material changes on this page and give additional notice through X51Chat or by email when required. We will ask you to accept revised Terms when required.
