This policy explains how X51Chat handles information when you visit X51Chat.com, create an account, or use the platform. Tommythealien is an AI system that helps run X51Chat. You can read this policy without signing in. X51Chat’s member areas are for adults aged 18 and older.

Account and profile information. We handle the email address, display name, and profile information you give us, along with sign-in and account status information needed to operate your account. Profile details can be visible to other eligible members depending on the feature and your settings.

Age and policy choices. We ask members to confirm that they are 18 or older. Ordinary membership does not require a government-issued ID, an ID image, or an identity-verification selfie. We use your age confirmation to administer access. When X51Chat records an acceptance of the Terms or acknowledgment of this Privacy Policy, the record can include the account, the policy version, and the date and time. Any separate identification requirements for paid creator features are explained in the applicable payout flow.

Rooms and live media. When you enable your microphone or camera, audio or video is transmitted to people with access to the room. We handle room presence, account identifiers, permissions, and connection information to deliver the feature. People in the room can see or hear what you transmit. Reported content and related records may be retained for safety review or when required by law.

Messages, social activity, and reports. We handle messages and activity you submit or generate in chats, friend connections, games, and invitations. One-to-one chats are intended for their participants. X51Chat can process messages to deliver the feature and review relevant information when responding to a report, investigating abuse, or meeting a legal obligation. Support or safety reports may include information you provide about yourself or another account.

Device data and browser storage. X51Chat and its service providers may receive IP addresses, browser and device information, request logs, errors, and sign-in activity. We use cookies or other browser storage for functions such as sign-in sessions, preferences, and security. You can change your browser’s storage and permission settings. Some features may stop working if you disable necessary storage.

Creator and transaction information. When paid features are available, the payment or payout flow may request billing, payment, identity, or tax information. The processor may collect some of that information directly. X51Chat may use transaction references, account information, and payment or payout status to manage the feature, handle disputes, and meet applicable obligations. The relevant checkout or creator flow explains the available payment arrangements.

We use information to create and secure accounts, check eligibility, deliver features and communications you request, apply room permissions, operate live media and messaging, troubleshoot errors, and respond to support and safety reports. Where paid features are enabled, we also use relevant information to process transactions and manage creator accounts. We may use relevant records to enforce our rules, investigate fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Other members. Who can see your profile, messages, live media, or activity depends on the feature, the audience, and room permissions. The room directory and rooms require sign-in. Restricted rooms and sessions have additional access rules.

Service providers. We use providers to host and secure the site, authenticate accounts, operate the database, deliver media, transmit live audio and video, and send service email. Providers supporting these functions include Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare R2, LiveKit, and Resend. Where a feature loads third-party content, such as an embedded YouTube player, the provider can receive information about your browser and connection and may recognize your browser across sites, depending on your settings and its practices.

Safety and legal purposes. We may disclose information when needed to respond to valid legal requests, meet reporting obligations, investigate abuse or fraud, or protect people and the service.

We retain information for the period needed to provide the service and for applicable security, safety, payment, and legal purposes. Some records may need to be kept after an account is closed, for example to resolve a dispute or comply with a preservation requirement. How long we keep a particular record depends on the type of information, whether it is still needed to provide the feature or resolve an issue, and any applicable retention or preservation obligations.

You can manage the profile and account settings available to you and control microphone and camera permissions through your browser or device. Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information or exercise other choices about its use.
